Robert T Troiani, Jr, MD

Dr. Troiani received his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his general surgery residency program while serving in the Air Force, including Travis AFB in California for General Surgery Residency and Keesler AFB, in Mississippi as a Junior and Senior Resident from 1988 to 1991, and Chief Resident in General Surgery from 1991-1992. While serving in the military he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Meritorious Service Medal. Dr. Troiani is a surgeon with training in general, vascular, pediatric, colorectal, oncologic, trauma and advanced laparscopic cases. Dr. Troiani is Chief of Surgery and Trauma director of Belton Regional Medical Center with over 2 decades of surgical experience. Dr. Troiani is board-certified in surgery.
